Thanks for sharing that. It's hard to admit when we need to do something better (like eat healthy or exercise more). Sounds like you're doing pretty well, though!
BTW, from the pictures you've posted, you look FAR from heifer-ish (yes, that's a word, I just typed it, didn't I?)
