my darling daughter, I know you loved those trees and I am sorry that you miss them, but do you remember all those holes that daddeo and I dug when we attempted to transplant those trees???? It was not our plan to obliterate them. (by the way there are several that are shoosting up as we speak) By the time I am 100 years old, who knows....one of them might actually grow a blossom!
I like them too, but my fav is lily of the valley. Kind of they same story...they grew on the lot right next to my house. I LOVED those days in May when I stepped out into the morning air as I left the house for my walk to school. The first thing I would do is take a LONG DEEP breath and smell that beautiful smell!! Every year they would spread more and more!!
BTW... I am LOVING the bubble gum blowin' pic!! Tooooo cute!!

Mmm...lilacs. I love them, but can't have them because my husband's allergic. ~sigh~
Great picture, by the way!

We had a huge tree in my gram's backyard when I was a kid. I used to love to pick them and bring them to her.
